CloudFront acts as a reliable, low-latency front-end for Amazon S3. Like other Amazon Web Services, CloudFront is controlled through a SOAP or REST API. The Content Delivery Network consists of 14 points-of-presence throughout Asia, Europe and the United States. The service is currently in Beta.

Latency Throughput

We measure request latency, not network latency. Performance depends on many factors, including your own ISP. Our global performance map is for demonstration purposes only and should not be used as a reference.
